Our priority is to offer our customers a reliable and transparent shopping experience, including clear return and refund conditions.
1. Withdrawal period
Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to notify us of their intention to return one or more items. After this period, return or refund requests can no longer be accepted.
2. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for return, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use. All original tags must remain attached and, where possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or excessive handling may be refused.
3. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of items cannot be returned. This includes, in particular, underwear, swimwear, gift cards, and any products clearly indicated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. Return request procedure
Before sending any item back, the customer must first contact our customer service team to submit a return request and obtain the necessary instructions. Any parcel returned without prior notification may not be processed correctly.
5. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any original delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
6. Receipt and inspection of returned items
Once the returned parcel has been received, the items will be inspected to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above. If the return is approved, the refund procedure will then be initiated.
7. Refund method and timeframe
When a return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Processing times may take between 5 and 10 business days from the date the return is validated. Customers will be notified by email once the refund has been confirmed.
8. Defective or incorrect items
If an item is received damaged, faulty, or not as described, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and, where possible, provide photos of the defect. An appropriate solution will then be offered, which may include a replacement or refund.
